Honestly I do not understand why incoming emails are not stored into the database (as the outgoing ones are) so that we can keep track of email exchange with customers.
this is really a big weakness for us.
Could you please change this in zoho mail

Could you please add an automatic date/time stamp to Zoho cases that are created? This would help our business out tremendously so that we can keep track of cases better and respond to the oldest ones first.

Hi - I have products that are "kits" : that is they are built with other products. I would like to update the inventory when I sell a "kit" type product (kits are not in the inventory, only products are).

Do you plan to implement this in the future ?

(if I do not have this possibility I cannot manage my inventory from ZOHO)

Thanks Vidya. I now have that sorted.

On to the next issue - having built the quotation with the appropriate tax, the price is showing to 14 decimal places. How do I convert it to 2?

@ Katrina, Please ensure that you have selected the 'Taxable' check box and selected the tax from the 'Tax' drop down field in the product tab which shows under the price information to assist you further. Regards, Vidya

Thanks very much folks!! I have a short list of features that you have to implement before I can recommend zoho to my clients, and every quarter you are getting closer.... SSO, now starting on the list of Google Apps integrations, I just can't wait until they are done (partic calendar/contacts... maybe integration with calendaring side of tasks....)

You can create custom quote templates from Setup ---> Templates ---> Inventory templates ---> New templates.

Hello,

Vendors include companies, people, and contractors from which your company procures products and services. They can be either direct manufacturers or resellers. So if your "contact" is anyway related to the "vendor", then you can include the "vendor name(field)" which is an optional one.

I am in the profession service industry and most of my quotes are custom made. Is there a way to create a custom quote without products? Something where I could list the item/service give a description and a price?
