500 emails a day is very unrealistic for an e-commerce business with a large contact list.

What about an API to integrate a Mass Email Provider such as Constant Contact or aWeber (my preference)?

Please keep the header bar (lead, activity, contact, etc. tabs) in place so I don't have to scroll up every time I put in a note or activity.

Hi, To select the number of leads and create a task please follow these steps: Goto the leads tab--->Select the check box for the relevant leads--->More actions--->Create task.

To mass update the task please follow these steps: Goto the activities tab--->Select the check box for the relevant task--->More actions--->Mass update--->Select the status field, update it and Save it. Regards, Vidya

I'm trying to export a report that gives me the contact details (including company name) for one of my campaigns.

I seem to be able to export contact info but it wont' allow me to export a company name. A contact person is not useful if I don't know what company they are associated with. Help!

When I send an email from my gmail account, I don't see the email in CRM. They appear if I send them from Zoho mail. I prefer to operate from gmail if possible. I have my default email in Zoho set as my gmail account. The gmail account is also set in CRM.

I would like to organize the Leads page based on Contacts last name, so I could select "S" and see Leads with last name Smith, Sanders, Shinkle rather than Sam, Susan and Sally. I discovered that if is drop "First Name", I can get a listing, but only last name appears. It would be preferable to see the conventional format:
Smith, Bobby
Sanders, Joe
Shinkle, Amos

What is the best way to handle inactive contacts? I want to eliminate them from showing on my active lists but still be able to keep the records for a history.

Hi, With the help of web to lead form, you can capture leads from your web site into the Zoho CRM. You can create a form and host it in your web site. Information filled in the web form will be captured as a lead in your Zoho CRM account. Short wish list

I would really appreciate the ability to use the 24 hour clock rather than having to convert to am/pm format.

It would be great to be able to get to information that is shown on the screen in reports e.g. time stamps for the activities closed.

Ability to store emails easily from other apps would be a real boon.

I support idea of iPhone app.

Would be cool to have a Zoho Sheet as a custome field type. Also, instead of just having attachments, it would be cool to have attachements as field types. We have certain required attachments and would be ideal to have "Upload Form A" and "Upload Form B", etc. We have enough to where it is confusing to have everything under attachments.

To add the company logo there must be at least 2 users in the CRM account. If there is only one user, then the Company Details would be disabled.

How do I make zoho email my default. When I click on email address in contacts I prefer to have zoho as default not thunderbird.

Multiple email address support:

I understand there is the ability to add an additional email field to a contact, but the functionality here needs to be drastically revised. Currently, this second email address does not log under the contact email history, nor is it available as a send address when using the Send Mail button within CRM.

We recently migrated from GoldMine. I hate GoldMine, but there is one thing they did well: Email. I suggest copying them. Change the email field to an editable picklist, this is much more user friendly than having to add an entirely new field to every contact record because one person has 2, 3,.. n, email addresses. If the email is currently associated to the contact, then all email communication from that address should also be associated to the contact. This will also solve the problem of losing email= histories if a contact changes their email address, as you'll no longer have to replace the address.

I don't know about everyone else, but this is a major issue for us.

Hi I need to be able to do the following:-

Select a number of leads create a task for these leads in one action then update these task and create a new one for all of them in one go?

I.e. Task 1 = Send email to a list of leads, completed task as Sent, then new task is Follow up phone call. This to be done in bulk.
