Honestly I do not understand why incoming emails are not stored into the database (as the outgoing ones are) so that we can keep track of email exchange with customers. this is really a big weakness for us. Hi - I have products that are "kits" : that is they are built with other products. I would like to update the inventory when I sell a "kit" type product (kits are not in the inventory, only products are).
Do you plan to implement this in the future ?
(if I do not have this possibility I cannot manage my inventory from ZOHO)

On to the next issue - having built the quotation with the appropriate tax, the price is showing to 14 decimal places. How do I convert it to 2?

Hello,
Vendors include companies, people, and contractors from which your company procures products and services. They can be either direct manufacturers or resellers. So if your "contact" is anyway related to the "vendor", then you can include the "vendor name(field)" which is an optional one.
