Hi Nitin,

The date format will be set based on the Country Locale you set in Setup --> Personal Settings --> Account Information.

Our technical team took a note of the currency issue in reports to their update list and it will be updated in our next major update. As the release date is subject to change, we can't commit a time frame for the release.

You can import the Price Books from Setup --> Data Administration Tools --> Import Price Books.

You will be able to provide the Unit Price in the Product

Hi gert.kruger,

You have to create the email template for each user who want to see the email template. If you have created only for you, only you will be able to see the template not the others. If other team members need to use the email template, you have to create it for those particular from ids.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for the note. In response to the date issue - 16/04/2008 is not a valid date in Excel so cannot be formatted - 4/16/2008 is. How do I get Zoho to generate 4/16/2008?
In response to the currency issue - yes, instead of Rs.10,000.00 which becomes text and is hard to postprocess in Excel pivots, it's best to generate directly as a number so that postprocessing becomes easy.

I have imported my products into Zoho from a competitor. I would now like to set up my price book. I created a "Standard" price book to start off with, but I cannot find a way of importing/updating the list prices. Do I really have to set each one up manually? Surely not! What am I missing?

Hi Gaby,

Thanks for the inspiring compliments. For your information,once the Leads are converted, the Emails related list within Leads does not get lost at all. They get mapped to Contact Email. You can refer the Lead Conversion Rule table above.

Hi Adrian,

The reverse process is not possible. You can convert a lead to account, contact & potential but not the other way. You may create a potential for the account and follow up the customer using it.
