Zoho CRM helps you to Print Mailing Labels on-the-fly based on your customer data
Mailing labels are commonly used on letters and packages to identify the addressee and the sender information. These labels are used for various business purposes, such as sending monthly billing statement to your customers, sending Greeting Cards during Christmas & New Year, or a direct mailer campaign about newly launched customer referral program. In all these scenarios, you have to either manually type mailing addresses on a plain paper or use a different software to fetch addresses from your customer database, insert addresses in a word processor and then use a good quality printer to print the labels.
Zoho CRM – Print Mailing Labels function helps you to print mailing labels based on the existing customer data. You don’t require any additional software except Zoho CRM account and a good quality laser printer.
To print mailing labels from leads
- Click the Leads tab.
- In the Lead List view, select the Mailing Labels view.
- In the Lead List view, increase the Records per page to 50, select the leads.
- Click on More Options to select the Print Mailing Labels button.
- In the Print Mailing Labels page, click the Print button.
If you would like to print labels for more than 50 leads, use the page navigation option in list view.
To print mailing labels from contacts
- Click the Contacts tab.
- In the Contact List view, select the Mailing Labels view.
- In the Contact List view, increase the Records per page to 50, select the contacts.
- Click on More Options to select the Print Mailing Labels button.
- In the Print Mailing Labels page, click the Print button. If you would like to print mailing labels for more than 50 contacts, use the page navigation option.

Important Notes:
- You can use the default Zoho CRM page settings: A4 size paper, 2-column layout, and 10 mailing labels per page.
- Before printing mailing labels, ensure that printer is connected to your Computer.
- Currently default mailing label layout (2 columns, 10 per column) is provided, which will be made customizable in future updates.
- In the current release, Print Mailing Label function is available only for leads and contacts modules. In future updates, this function will be added in Accounts and Vendors modules, so that you can print mailing labels based on your customer companies and suppliers.

The City, State and zip are all on separate lines - doesn't make sense - also if you could do a template for the 5160 template that would be better - they are 30 labels per page

ZOHO is great! For printing labels this would be excellent if you could change it to Avery Label Size 5160 - 30 labels per page. The paper we use to print labels most commonly comes with 30 labels per page. Thanks so much !

i completely agree with the small lablels at 30 per page or having a couple of choices of avery labels for return and sender labels - thanks, sooner the better would also be helpful!!

10 labels is going to generate a LOT of extra cost and prevent me from taking Zoho very seriously as a solution. Mailing labels is VERY basic. I would appreciate this being offered SOON. It really should be offered by now in my opinion. Thanks.

Although I would like this feature built right in, in the meantime you can export your leads/accounts to Excel using CSV (provided by ZOHO CRM) and then use Word mail merge to print labels through Word onto any supported Avery /other label.

Forgot to add: I find it simpler to just put the envelopes in the printer and print them right off rather than sticking all labels individually.
To do this follow instructions above from my previous post, except select 'envelopes' instead of 'labels' in step 1 of mail merge.
This feature really needs to be more customizable. Having the city/state/zip on separate lines takes up too much space. Also having a mail merge interface to print cover letters along with labels would be very helpful!

mailing labels is one of the very first features that i was trying to use and i am disappointed to see the strange format that it's currently set in. i would think that avery 5160 is your standard.

I use to print out many <a href="http://www.selfadhesivelabels.com/products.html">address labels</a>, but these days i don't have the time so i use a british labels company instead.
You really need to fix the mailing label template functionality. You stated that this was on the roadmap 265 days ago. I should be able to select a base template (and Avery 5160 should be one of them), and then be able to change the layout so that city, state, zip are not all on one line (or any other formatting of fields I might want). Just reading through the comments here you can see that this has been asked for multiple times by various users, and it is probably one of the first things a new user will be looking for; they need ways to use the customer data that you are helping them to organize and store. Pay attention to your users, as they are your customers. Internalize the CRM mindset that is behind the tool that you are building. If you don't take care of basic, simple things like this people won't take your product seriously and they won't stick with you long enough to become paying customers. My rant for the day... :-)

My sincere apologize to you all for not taking it for so long. I should admit that we have been driven by so much of other priorities and we did not look back to it since our March update.
Now we have our plates full already for our next update which is coming up in the end of July. Hence we will take this as the highest priority for our post July Release.

You will be able to see the Print Mailing Labels link in the More Actions button.
If you still have any problem, take a screenshot of the More Actions button in your Contacts tab and send it to support (at) zohocrm (dot) com.

As we are having tight schedule for the next 6 months, we will be taking the Print Mailing Labels function after that. If possible, we will also try to bring the feature before that. I would also like to request the Print Mailing Labels function to work straight out of Accounts. For private customers I just create an Account record with no Contact record so it would be handy to print labels from Accounts.
