1. How to insert custom look-up fields in the mail merge template?

Currently you cannot insert custom look-up fields and check box fields in the mail merge template. However, you can insert all default look-up fields such as Campaign source, Parent Account, Account Name, Vendor Name.

2. How many records can be selected at a time?

The number of records that can be selected depends on the user's Zoho CRM edition. The following table provides the number of records that can be selected at a time.

3. Why can't I see the Zoho CRM tab in MS Word even after installing the Plug-in?

The reason for this is, you would have installed the Plug-in without closing the instance of Microsoft Word. If this be the case, kindly close and re-open the Microsoft Word to see the Zoho CRM tab in the main-menu.
Note: You must close all instances of Microsoft Word before installing and uninstalling the Plug-in.

4. How to insert my Organization Logo in the mail merge template?

As of now, there is no field option to insert company logo. However, you can manually add your Organization Logo by using the Insert picture option in your mail merge template.

5. When I create a new custom field in Zoho CRM, will those get automatically updated in the Insert Merge Fields dialog?

Yes. When you create custom fields in Zoho CRM, it is automatically added to the "Insert merge fields" list. However, you must sign-out from your MS Word plug-in and sign-in again to insert the corresponding custom fields.

6. How do I create Avery 5160 Address Labels?

7. How to insert the "Next Record" field in the Address Label template?

Currently, it is not possible to insert the "Next Record " field directly from the "Insert Merge Field dialog" since it is not included in the Merge Fields list. We suggest you to copy and paste the field from the Sample Address Label Template

However, the "Next Record" field will be included in the Merge Field list in our next update.
