Customer's Company name in QuickBooks will convert to account name in Zoho CRM. If the company name exists in Zoho CRM, then contact will be associated with the existing account. Otherwise a new account will be created in Zoho CRM.

- Map the standard/custom fields and sync between Zoho CRM fields and QuickBooks.
- Resolve conflicts based on priority of the data while synchronization.
- Check the status of the last 10 synchronization actions and the error records along with the corresponding error messages.
