1. What is Zoho CRM?
Ans: Zoho CRM is a Customer Relationship Management solution for managing your customer relationships end-to-end (marketing activities to post-sales customer support) in a better way.
It's web-based. So, you don't need to download or install anything. All you need is a browser (Firefox 1.0 + or IE 6.0+ or Mozilla) and internet connection.

7. I am a Hosting Provider and can I use 3 users Free Edition to provide hosting to my clients?
A. No. Free Version is not allowed for any commercial purposes. If you would like to offer Zoho CRM service to your customers please submit your contact information with our Reseller Program.
8. What are the features available in Professional & Enterprise Edition comparing to Free Edition?

I can not tell the maximum number of accounts or contacts I can have here. I think I saw something about 999 being the max but I wasn't sure if that increased in the professional edition.

Hi how do I edit lists inputed on zoho most especially deleting unwanted leads?

You will be able to delete the unwanted leads with the help of the status that you have in them. You may create a separate view for the unwanted leads with the criteria of the status you have. When you select the view, the unwanted leads will populate and you will be able to select them and delete in mass using the mass delete option.

I have built my own set of slides (text screenshots) to train my team to operate Zoho. Instead of sending this to them outside of Zoho (via email or ftp for instance), I would like to host it within Zoho for instance, as a tab called {company documents}.
Is that possible?

The document management is currently not available with Zoho CRM and we have plans to implement it in our future updates. Currently you can use the Zoho Show (http://show.zoho.com) and share it with your users.

Is there a way to access a log of all activities within a domain. For instance, i have inside sales reps transferring leads post qualification to (outside) sales reps. I would like to look at a log for productivity metrics etc.

Hi Nitin,
You can use the Reports to take the productivity metrics for each sales person. Click on Potential report and click on Customize button to choose the columns that you need and in the Criteria tab, mention the Owner to get the results based on that selected sales person.
