How to convert my Personal CRM Account to Corporate Edition (3 users free)?

Ans: As soon as you register for Zoho CRM service, you will become the Administrator User. Now you can invite additional 2 users from your organization to convert your Personal Account to Corporate Account (3 users free) to leverage the benefits of Zoho CRM service for your organization.

1. Personal User Setup:

Zoho CRM - Personal User Setup

2. Add Second User to upgrade to Corporate Edition

CRM - Add User

3. Specify your Company Name

CRM - Add Company Name

4. Now your CRM Account is converted to Corporate Account

How many users I can add in Zoho CRM?

Ans: You can add the first three users free of cost. From the fourth user onwards, you have to subscribe for the Zoho CRM service at USD 12 per user month.

I have lost both my password and user ID, how to retrieve my login information?

Ans: You can reset the password by clicking on the Forgot password link in CRM Login page and enter the details mentioned in Zoho Accounts page. After resetting the password, system will send you an automated e-mail to your email ID.

How to change my language, time zone, and date & time formats?

Ans: You can change your language, time zone, and date & Time formats from the Zoho CRM - Personal Settings section.

To change Locale information from Zoho CRM:

Setup > Personal Settings > Account Information page> Locale Information.

You can also change the Language and Time Zone of Zoho CRM from Zoho Accounts - Personal Information section.

To change Locale information from Zoho Accounts:

Setup > Personal Settings >My Zoho Account>Personal Information> Locale Information.

 

How to change the date format from DD/MM/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY?

Ans: You can change the date format as per your country date format from Zoho CRM - Personal Settings section.

To change date format:

Setup > Personal Settings > Account Information> Country Locale.

How do I terminate Zoho CRM access for an employee who is leaving our company? 

Ans: You can terminate Zoho CRM access from Setup > Admin Settings > Users > User details page. In the User details page, disable the Active check box, so that leaving employee cannot access the Zoho CRM service.

Note: After inactivating user access, you can replace the existing user with a new user as per your subscription plan.
