Navigate Records

Navigate primarily means the process of moving back and forth within the records. Navigation in Zoho CRM allows easy movement between records; provides options to choose the number of records to be displayed in one page; and saves time in accessing records.

The two navigational options available in Zoho CRM are:

Page-level navigation allows moving from a particular page with a list of records to the next/previous consecutive page, with more such records.

To navigate records

1. Click the [Module] Tab.
2. In the [Module] home page, select an option from View list to display the records based on the selected view option. (For example, My Leads, Converted Leads, etc.)
3. In the [Module] section, click the Previous or Next arrows to access the records list.

Record-level navigation allows moving from one record to the next or previous consecutive record(s).

To navigate records

1. Click the [Module] Tab.
2. In the [Module] home page, select an option from View drop-down list to display the list of records based on the selected view option. (For example, My Leads, Converted Leads, etc.).
3. In the [Module] section, click any one record.
4. In the particular records' page, click the Previous or Next arrows to access the next/previous record, or directly go to the first/last record.
