Navigate primarily means the process of moving back and forth within the records type, depending on the type of records accessed. Navigation allows easy movement between records; choose the number of records to be displayed in one page; and saves time in accessing records.
The two navigational options available in Zoho CRM are:
- Page-level navigation
- Records-level navigation
Page-level Navigation
Page-level navigation allows moving from the set number of records in a page to the next page.
To navigate records
- Click on [Module] Tab.
- In the [Module] home page, select one of the views from View drop-down list to display the list of records according to the status (For example, Contacted, Hot, Won, and others).
- In the [Module] section, click the Previous or Next arrows (bottom right) to access the records list.

Record-level Navigation
Record-level navigation allows moving from one record to the next or previous consecutive record(s).
To navigate records
- Click on [Module] Tab.
- In the [Module] home page, select one of the views from View drop-down list to display the list of records according to the status (For example, Contacted, Hot, Won, and others).
- In the [Module] section, click on a Record (any one).
- In the particular records page, click the Previous or Next arrows (top right) to access the previous or next record directly.

Note
This option is not available while accessing records from the list of recent items.
