In the free version if I add a 4th user, do I have to pay for all the four users?
Ans: No, you do not have to pay for all the four users. In Zoho CRM, the first three users are absolutely free. When you add the 4th user, you only pay for the additional 4th user but all the 4 users enjoy the benefits of the upgraded edition (Professional or Enterprise).
When I upgrade from the free edition, what happens to my existing customization?
Ans: Even after upgrading, your existing customization remains intact. You do not have to start the customization from the scartch.
How can I cancel my personal suscription to Zoho CRM? My ID can't be added to my organization's CRM
Hi, I believe that you have created your own account with the email address and now you have to use the same email address for your organization's CRM. If so, kindly close the account which was created by you if it is not necessary. To close the account please follow these steps: Goto Setup--->Personal settings--->My Zoho account--->Close account.
Please note: Once you close your account all the data in your account (including other Zoho services) will be deleted.
After closing your own account; please ask your Zoho CRM administrator to re-invite you. Regards, Vidya
