    How do I share data with peers?

    In order to share data with peers, you should define the users in the same category within the Roles list. Once the users are defined, you can click on the Edit Role and select the 'Share Data with Peers' check box.


    What is the difference between Role and Profile?

    Role defines a position of user (s) within the organizational-wide hierarchy. Profile defines the set of permissions and accessibility within the Zoho CRM functionality. For instance, a user may be the CEO(Role) of the organization with the Profile of an Administrator.
