Accidentally I've removed my Tasks component while customizing my Home page. Is there a way to restore the default components of the home page?
Ans: You cannot restore the default settings. However, you can add the same component in your Home page.
Click on the "Add Component" > Select Activities > Name the component as "Open Tasks" or "Tasks". From the available custom view list, select Open Tasks and then save the component to show up in the home page. For more information, refer: Personalizing Home Page (video)

Our company only have a few products and the customers are not the same. I want to divide the clients after their product. Is that possible, while also connecting the this to the product info?

You may have the set of products for the clients and group them using the views from the customers/clients tab that you have. With the view, you will be able to see all the clients based on the products that you provide.
