How to subscribe for Outlook Plug-in license?
Step 1: Subscribe for the additional Outlook Plug-in user licenses (USD3 per user per month) from Upgrade > Manage your plan.

Step 2: Activate Outlook Plugin for users from Setup > Subscription Manager > Activate Users.

How to subscribe for additional file storage?
Ans: Zoho CRM offers Free limited file storage (doc, xls, ppt, pdf etc.) to users as given below:
- Free Edition - 100 MB File Storage & 100,000 Records
- Professional Edition - 250 MB File Storage & Unlimited Records
- Enterprise Edition - 500 MB File Storage & Unlimited Records
For additional file storage, subscribe (Available in 100MB, 250MB, 500 MB, and 1GB batches) from the Upgrade > Manage your plan.
Pricing Details:
- 100 MB - USD5 /month /organization
- 250 MB - USD10 /month /organization
- 500 MB - USD19 /month /organization
- 1 GB - USD30 /month /organization
Note: The file storage space provided is account (organization) based and not individual users based. For instance, an account can have 5 users in the Professional Edition. This still means that the account has 250 MB storage capacity and NOT 1250Mb (250 x 5) storage capacity.
How to upgrade from Free to Professional or Enterprise Edition?
Ans: We are pleased to offer the first three users free of cost for your organization (Free Edition). Afterward, you can add additional users by subscribing to the Professional or Enterprise Edition as per your organization requirements.
You can add additional users from Upgrade > Manage your plan page.
How to delete users permanently from our CRM account?
Ans: You cannot delete users from Zoho CRM service. Instead you can inactivate the existing users and then add new users as per your subscription limit.
You can inactivate users from Setup > Admin Settings > Users page.
If you still want to delete the users permanently, please send support request to support at zohocrm dot com with details about your users to be deleted. While sending request, include the following details:
- Your contact phone number
- Mailing Address
- Your CRM Account Name
- Zoho CRM User IDs to be deleted
- Reason for the Account Change
Zoho CRM support team will review your request and delete the users after confirmation of the details.

Do I need to be a paid customer to use the Mass Email functionality?

Does Zoho CRM charge me for the inactive users?
Ans: No, inactive users are not counted as paid users. If you don't want the inactive users, contact us at support at zohocrm dot com so that we will delete the inactive users as per your request.
How to update my Credit Card information?
Ans: As part of your Zoho CRM service subscription, periodically you can update your credit card information from the Setup > Admin Settings > Users > Manage Subscriptions >Update Credit Card Details page.

How to downgrade my Zoho CRM account?
Ans: You can downgrade (reducing number of users) your Zoho CRM account from the Upgrade > Manage your plan.

How can I cancel Zoho CRM account permanently?
Ans: At present, you cannot cancel your Zoho CRM account automatically. For cancellation of your account, please contact support@zohocrm.com with the following details, so that we will delete your account from our Servers permanently.
- Zoho CRM Login details
- Business Address with Phone Number (For verification purpose)
- Reason for Cancellation
Note: Before cancellation, please ensure that you have exported all your data from Zoho CRM system.
In the free version if I add a 4th user, do I have to pay for all the four users?
Ans: No,
you do not have to pay for all the four users. In Zoho CRM, the first
three users are absolutely free. When you add the 4th user, you only
pay for the additional 4th user but all the 4 users enjoy the benefits
of the upgraded edition (Professional or Enterprise).
When I upgrade from the free edition, what happens to my existing customization?
Ans: Even after upgrading, your existing customization remains intact. You do not have to start the customization from the scratch.
