Is it possible to send two different campaigns from different Email addresses?
Yes, it is possible to send campaigns from different email addresses. However, while creating a template you should select the appropriate email address that should appear while sending campaigns. This works only when you schedule mass emails.
Can a lead be assigned to multiple campaigns?
No. A lead cannot be assigned to multiple campaigns.
How to create campaigns instantly?
- Click the Campaigns tab.
- In the Quick Create
(left hand-side bar) section, specify the campaign details such as
Campaign Name, Status, Start Date, End Date, and Expected Revenue.
- Click Save. Campaign details are displayed in the Campaigns Home page, where you can update the additional details.
How can campaigns be associated with other records?
- Go to the "Campaigns" tab and select the campaign. In the <Campaign Name> page, update the
following details:

- Open Activities: To add tasks and events.
- Closed Activities: To display the closed tasks and events.
- Leads: To display the leads generated through campaign.
- Potentials: To display the potentials converted through campaign.
- Attachments & Notes: To attach documents and notes to the
Campaign
- After updating the associated records, you can proceed to the next
record.
How can campaigns be exported to external sources?
- Click the Campaigns tab.
- In the Campaigns: Home page, under the Campaign Tools section,
click Export All Campaigns.
- In the File Download pop-up dialog, click Save. The
Campaign details will be saved in CSV/XLS file format.
