Records Count
This option helps to calculate
the total number of records available in the custom view of a particular module.
To count records
- Log in to Zoho CRM with Administrator privilege.
- Click on Setup > Data Administration Tools > Records Count.
- In the Records Count page, select [Module] from the drop-down list.
- Select Custom View from the drop-down list.
- Click on Show Count.

Once the file storage is consumed
you can subscribe for the additional storage from the Subscription Center in CRM account.
To view the file storage
- Click on Setup > Data Administration Tools > Storage Usage.
In the Storage Usage page, you can view the Total Consumed File Storage and Usage of Individual Users.
