What is B2B?

How to set up parent-child relationship between accounts?
In Zoho CRM, you can setup parent-child relationship between various accounts by selecting the required account from Parent Account look-up field. This is very useful for setting up a main organization and various departments within an organization.
How to create another Accounts Tab so that I can push secondary accounts there?
Ideally, you can categorize your accounts as Primary and Secondary, and then create a custom view for the same. For more details, refer Custom view. If you still feel that the separate tab is more useful, you may try renaming the Vendors Tab to Secondary Accounts.
How to associate a contact with an account if the contact is created before the account?
You may add a custom field in Accounts tab and add a new custom field with 'Look-up' type. Then you can look your Contact up and associate with the account. For more details refer Custom fields.
How to associate several partners to an Account?
You will be able to associate several partners to an account if you have the records in the Partners tab. Make sure you have the look-up field for the partners in the Accounts tab, else, try creating the look-up field. For more details, refer to Custom fields.
Can I duplicate Accounts and save it as a Vendor?
You will be able to duplicate (Clone) the record inside the selected module but you will not be able to duplicate the records from one module to the other (Accounts to Vendors).
How do I import Accounts and Contacts associated with the Account in one action?
You may import the records and get it associated with each other with the help of the unique id for the records. For more details, refer to CRM Data administration.
How to associate a group of accounts under a single parent account?
In Zoho CRM - Accounts module, you can link Child Accounts with Parent Account from "Member Accounts" section. In addition, you can use our Look-up type custom field to create P-C relation between different module/same module. For more details, please refer to: Role-based Security Administration.
How to change the status of an account into lead?
It is not possible. You can convert a lead to account, contact & potential but not the other way. You may create a potential for the account and follow up the customer using it.
How to import my accounts with new data without creating duplicate records?
If you are in the Enterprise plan, then when you import the data, you can select the 'Overwrite' option in the 'Duplicate Records' opton, so that you can avoid creating duplicate records and the existing records will be updated if necessary. Follow the simple steps below: 
Click Accounts tab.
Scroll down and click Import Accounts.
Select the file path and click Overwrite in the Duplicate Records.
Click Next.
Is it possible to Email all contacts in an Account from the Account screen?
You may create a separate view in the Contacts tab with the criteria you need and use the mass mail link to send emails to those list. Sending mails from Accounts tab is currently not available.
Is there a way to keep a file of completed accounts?
Yes, you can have a Status field in the Accounts tab and change status to 'completed' once the deal is over. You will be able to get the list of completed accounts from the Reports tab --> Accounts and Contact Reports or you view it in the form of a custom created report.
How can I 'Close' or 'Complete' an Account, Lead or Contact?
Since records are important, you can setup a status field in each of the modules and assign the status as "closed" or "junk", etc. For example, under Leads we have Lead status. You can change the status to junk or closed and create custom views with the criteria "Do not show the leads that are junk/closed". To edit or add pick list values, go to Setup--->Lead settings---->Field list---->Edit the lead status to edit/add the field values.
What is the Member Account button used for?
Member Account button is used for associating an Account with a Parent Account. i.e. to add other division (s) or subsidiaries to the parent account.
How to provide access rights to the users to only view the Accounts and Contact data?
You may provide the access rights using the Profiles. When creating the profile, you can specify what rights the user can be given: view, create, edit or delete. Once you have created the Profile, assign it to the users. For more details, refer Managing profiles and Managing Users.
